The Pavilion hotel in Durban is ******s and it sucks!

The Indian staff seemed rather uninterested towards black guests. The lady at reception was blatantly rude. The place is over-priced as it is not well maintained at all. The place is really old and dirty inside. When you request something from reception/housekeeping it takes ages to get to you and most cases you have to call back numerous times to remind them. The experience was not good at all! I would never recommend anyone else to go there.
