Pavilion Hotel Robbing Me

So Pavilion hotel is refusing to cancel a booking I made for 9 July 2020.....today is the 28 June....we are on Level 4 I can't leave Gauteng and they can't assist, busy referring me to booking.com which also couldn't assist.
