***ist ****** Hotel event number 2

I booked through agoda and was told i free cancellation but must contact the hotel. They said only agoda can cancel. So we kept the booking, then we were put into a ***** back room with no kettle and the neighbours aircon so loud we couldnt talk above it. We were moved to a better room, was a very difficult day for us personally, and i already suffer with anxious insomnia, so when my partner fell asleep i decided to sit in the downstairs guest lounge quietly working on my tablet so as nitbyo disturb him with light. Reception watched me walk past, sit and start working. Then they sent a rude security man to tell me i cant sit there. I was shocked and said no one had informed me on arrival all amenities are out of bounds after 10pm. Besides a guard was sleeping horizontally on a chais in the corner. He called me a **** and the manager at reception came only then to say its hotel policy. He then said i could sit there after i pointed out the other guard was sleeping on the couch. I was told tgats okay, hes a guard and struggles with transport. Ha! Im a paying customer. This was my second bad stay at pavilion. First was last year when on womens day i was treated very badly by staff as well. Seems a very ***ist, and ****** establishment. White womens seem to be racially profiled. Its unacceptable.
