When you take the matter with them you then bluntly told to take it or leave causing one to pay extra for better rooms than the ****ky ones allocated on arrival. I had to part with R600 extra for the upgrade as they call it. Thus causes a problem in that part of the money or the total quoted as per their agencies is already paid in and getting it out to get a new place is a mission so one is subjected to their callous attitude and this in spite of confirmations of room specifications telephonically even before departure for such destination. That alone saddens the heart and make the whole trip spoiled. One should be careful on what they are promised as one can be shocked at arrival
