Completely horrible

<p>Booked at 9am till 3pm for 404. **** service no one informed me about no water in the hotel. Than also getting embaressed by a staff member knocking and opening the door at 11am claiming we should of being out by 10am. Really upset with this service this hotel really needs to be ran by proper staff and they need to know their job and information of the hotel and as well as information of guests and their book in and out time. Really disgusted. The hotel has no water and no one had informed me about it.</p> <p> </p>
