Best of the Best service ever !!!! Well Done Keshnee Pillay

Good Day I would like to take this opportunity to thank Pavilion Hotel in Durban for an amazing service that they have given me. I have book for accommodation on the 5 Sep 2018 for the 19 and 20 Sep and I have made a payment as well on the same day. I have requested for a room for two for me, mother and my daughter 4 years old and they did not have a problem with the fact that my daughter will share a bed with me and my mother which was great for me as the other hotel that I have contacted before Pavilion has charge me extra for my daughter. I had an emergency operation on the 17 Sep and I had cuts all over my Body. When we arrived at the Pavilion Hotel at 10:00 am the morning I was assisted by an amazing Lady Keshnee Pillay very friendly and helpful person. I think she saw that I was in pain and the bandage on my arm. I mentioned that my daughter was sharing a room (2 sleeper) with us and immediately she said that I need to give her 10 min so that she can find a 3 sleeper room for me and I only booked for a two sleeper. The fact that she also allowed us to check in at 10 words can't describe how I felt at the point as I was in pain and I just needed to rest. She did not even mention anything about check in is only at 14:00. That was the best thing ever anyone could have done and at that moment I felt very important. Keshnee you have done an amazing Job well done and I will not keep quiet about the service I have received from you I will tell everyone about my experience. I found my holiday accommodation in Durban no other place will EVER see me again thanks Pavilion. ''When you help others feel important, you help your self feel important too''.
