The Pause Room, Disgusting Service

Would like to share my experience I have had thus with The Pause Room. I brought a very expensive silk dressing gown from them quite a while ago. This gown was about one thousand two hundred rands. Anyhow I have only been able to wear this gown a few times. There is a problem with the fabric and the gown was falling apart. I went to The Pause Room over a week ago to return the item. Left my contact details and email address and have had no feedback. I have a beautiful silk shirt that I brought over 10 years from Trenery and it's still looks great and there is no problem with the garment. There has been no customer service provided at all. My money should have been given back for this item. I do know that had it been Trenery there would have been absolutely no hesitation what's so ever, to reimburse me. I would not recommend that people shop at a store that provides no service what's so ever and clearly doesn't value their customers
