Order placed on 4 Jan 2023 never acknowledged or delivered

Placed an order on 4 Jan 2023 with The Part Time Vegan on their website. Heard nothing and eventually on 14 Jan 2023 Herman contacted me saying he is not aware of my order and asked that I send it to him via Whatsapp. I sent the Woocommerce order via email and whatsapp to him and heard nothing further.

Today, 17 Jan 2023 I requested a refund as I do not believe this is legit business as nobody will just ignore orders or their customers the way I am being ignored considering that my money would have cleared by the payment gateway by now and be in their bank account.
