THE WORST PLACE TO LIVE!!!! THE LITERAL GHETTO!!! Granted, on paper this place looks amazing BUT you could not make a worse mistake than choosing to live here! The walls are woefully thin, get ready to hear the worst levels of noise, the whole complex turns into a township over the weekend and on Monday morning ALL you see driving through the complex is broken glass on the pavements, run down and broken cars of visitors parked everywhere, trash and garbage littered everywhere! It is the worst thing! On the management side, how poor can it get? Communication on issues are attended to at a snail's pace! Do you like rats the size of a size 10 shoe??? Well welcome and move into the Parks Rats Apartments! These rats go into your car engine and ***** up your wires! The noise from the clubhouse on the weekends IS THE ACTUAL WORST! Would you like going days on end without electricity and water (which have nothing to do with Eskom and municipal water but pipes bursting all around the complex) THEN come live at the Parks! Security??? The worst! No cameras ANYWHERE! People's number plates are ****** regularly! Burst pipes at block 26 and in the mid-section of the complex will have you driving around in sewage all day! LAST BUT NOT THE LEAST, when you move out, even if you maintained the place well enough, you will still be returned a tiny, A FRACTION, of your deposit! Go live in Lonehil or LITERALLY ANYWHERE ELSE! The Parks might just be the worst hole to live in! A year was too long for me.
