The parks treats people like Trash! I AM MOVING OUT!! ****ty service !!

I’m honestly moving out of the parks after last night 😭. I am a 23 and got home from work around 19:00 in this rain and I realized I had lost my main door keys. I tried contacting my phone rental agent and landlord,sent emails too with no response. I went to security guards hoping they will help but they just didn’t care !!they just said “we can’t help you. We don’t have keys “. I had to sit outside my apartment for 3 hours !!! With no security even coming to check if I was okay. I am not happy with how the parks treats people.!!! It was a state of an emergency but all you care about is your rent
