PLEASE RATHER LIVE ELSEWHERE

I wish there was an option for no stars, the service received by management is absolutely disgusting. This started from before moving in where a lease could not even be emailed through - LAZY STAFF! Everything marketed about the estate is purely for that - marketing. The so called gym, clubhouse and other facilities are pathetic when you consider they should host 1000- units worth of residents yet there is 2 treadmills in the gym, no mats and maybe 8 machines. Non-ground floor units are not allowed to break on their balconies and so we must compete for the +- 10 break facilities within the estate. Where lights and taps do not even work!!!!

Despite "rules of the estate" Noisy children are left unattended and the young crowds drawn to this estate equate to loud parties, blaring music, drunked fights and relentless revving of cars every weekend. The car wash service within the estate provides a good service however, they blare the music from these cars all weekend (again, despite this being against the rules ).

Management is atrocious and do not want to know anyones story unless you're wanting to move in and they have money to gain. When giving notice, we were kicked off the estate app immediately (funny considering we then had to beg for someone to realise we needed an outgoing inspection done) and this resulted in NO NOTIFICATION of anything pertaining to the estate, incl. power and water cuts within our fasting month (providing no chance to prepare following 13 hours of fasting).
