Please Dont Consider The Parks Lifestyle estate

We've been staying at The Parks Lifestyle Apartments for almost 7 months now

We were very optimisitic about this place however our experience has been nothing short of disgusting.

every week we are faced with another issue , our emails falls on deaf ears and feedback is as rare as getting minimum standard of basic service delivery you would see in other complexes and estates in the area

Electricity and water outages at a moments notice , excessive noise by residents and their guests at early hours of the morning. We feel as if we live in a place thats trying to test our boundaries as human beings. Its so pathetic its almost depressing

The water pressure in our shower is low , despite multiple complaints , the temperature of the water never exceeds warm , again multiple complaints , there is noise and the residents here invite their guests to do burn outs and race in the parking lot after a long evening of shouting excessively in their druken stupor , the guards are prompt but nothing gets resolved. We continue live in a place that lacks any kind of management that would make the estate enjoyable and Id go as far as to say liveable

But what about critical issues? like the time someone elses key opened our apartment door , after 6 hours of no response despite multiple emails we were told they'd sort it out the next day because the person had gone home. The audacity of making someone wait 6 hours in a critical safety and security breach , only to tell them that they couldnt have bothered to attend to it sooner so you just have to wait

and today , the last straw . harassed by our neighbor because water droplets from our clothes , hanging on our clothes horse , gathered enough to drop onto the balcony below. We complain but we're starting to question the purpose of it , the sheer lack of management and accountability allow deliquents and crass , uncouth people to thrive , at the expense of people who just want a place to stay.

I've kept all evidence of this as proof of the deplorable living conditions and Im considering going public with this evidence so other people can see what sort of joy they would get from staying in a place like this
