Maintenance issue

Hello Peter I have just moved in to the the estate it’s been two weeks now, to be honest I love the apartment it’s beautiful, since I came here I never had a good though, the apartment I have has a built in kitchen with not a single drawer for me to put my cutlery I tried to raise my concern and they told me it’s how the design it made but other apartments have what I need, I asked to speak to the maintenance manager in person and the only thing he did was to send an email it was more of take it or leave it. How do they build a kitchen with not a single drawer now I’m expected to go a buy and extra cupboard as if I live in one room in Soweto, just for my cutlery to fit ever since I started renting I have never seen a build in kitchen with no drawers, secondly constantly had trouble with my toilet kept blocking it was fixed the the time I’ve reported it.. as much as I love the environment my my first two weeks were not a good experience
