This place is the worse place. We almost rent for two years here. We struggle with maintince and landscape. Then after fighting for a two month they fix it. We you need to rent they start showing you as the place is the paradises and in fist six month it was good then they change the estate manager and build more than 30 new building for sure they forget to make enough utilities so this cause to damage our appliances due to power in and off. Also you will surprise as they need you to do everything by yourself, you to call eskom, you to find out which time the loadshedding will happen. Also Alot of noise so you plan to rent the house but by the end you will find yourself living in Disco. People smoke in kid area and not cigarettes. By the end you need to complain you will find no one to complain to him. I will never talk about the management staff as you can imagine they never know what management mean.
