Go elsewhere

So many things wrong with this place. Nice complex and whatever but poorly managed. I've stayed here for the last 6 months and every week there's something down - be it the "free internet" or the electricity or the water supply. Always expect something!! Nice clubhouse but not sustainable considering this complex houses hundreds of people, cant use my gas braai on my balcony as I'm expected to compete for the braai facilities provided at the complex. Theres always a sewer leak somewhere within the complex -major health hazard. It's a noisy complex with kids roaming around unaccompanied. Honestly - you can get better value for your money elsewhere.
