Would't even move close to a Houss Development again.

I moved out of the parks at the end of November, it is now almost April and I still haven't been given my deposit (seems this is a common occurrence from other reviews) on top of that I'm being charged R4700 for a repaint on clean recently painted walls and to fill 6 small holes? This is a complete rip-off. Are you using paint from the heavens?
