Would not recommend!

We moved out on the 31st of January, it's been 3 weeks and we have still not received our deposit back! The people working there avoids any phone calls we try to make and are not helpful at all.. everything needs to be logged via a ticket system and they only get back to you after 3 to 4 days.. we moved into an apartment that was dirty and was never inspected.. however when we called maintenance to attend to the problems they would come when my husband and I were at work or never show up at all ... they deducted over R4000 off our deposit and when we ask to see why they keep telling us of sending emails that we never ever receive.. don't let the pics fool you.. I've been renting for many years and Houss is by far the worst company to rent from..
