Worlds Most Horrible Place

If I could give less than 1 I would. I am so disappointed at the ethical business nature of Houss and how the brand is run. Just recently moved out and they paid me R2800 instead of R7600 for my deposit, even though the inspection carried out was good. They charged me for repainting walls that weren’t painted when I moved in. It’s disgusting how they exploit and use people. These concerns were raised with them but no one has taken liberty to explain or even get back to me. They use such a horrible system called Unimet! You will pay an arm an a leg for hot water and even sometimes called water. They will sell you a dream before you move in and after they generally don’t care what happens. Customer retention is at a 0. I am shocked that anyone would give this place more than 1 star rating. What I do know is that the campaigns they run are to redirect tenants to giving positive reviews so nothing is genuine here. Regarding my deposit I will take it up legally, because they basically stole my money! That’s what they do exploit!!!! Mind you I am one of those tenants that have an excellent track record when it comes to rental payment. I can’t believe how detached from reality and the brand promise that the owners & management of this place are!!!!!!
