The Parks

I’ve recently moved into The Parks and the process was seamless from the Agent (Thato) who was very informative and friendly to the move in process itself. There were a few issues when I initially moved in but that was sorted by maintenance within the first weeks of me moving in. There are great amenities like a gym and restaurant/bar and a boardroom with back up power in the event of loadshedding.

The Electricity/hot water system was a bit tricky to understand but Thato explained it well and even afterwards, the unimet people also have a whatsapp platform where you can chat to them and they’ll assist with whatever you’re struggling with. How much you pay is based on how much you consume, I haven’t had any problem with it thus far.

There is a great security system in place where visitors cannot access the property without your consent which is great.

I have not had any noise issues out of the ordinary - obviously it’ll be a bit noisier on weekends but it’s nothing that’ll keep you up at night.
