This people are the biggest ********. I recently moved out (October) and if you gonna be moving out soon just kiss your deposit goodbye, they always come up with stories. Apparently my dstv ZFTU was never found during inspection which was done by Byron Khumalo. I disputed that because I have never used the dstv or touch that box ever since I stayed there, no investigation was done. You will be send from one person to the other without resolution. Nwabisa Mpofu was the one who was supposed to handle the matter, she never responds the emails. I ended up settling for the money that they wrote on the invoice because it took two months of inquiry with no help. I am not sure what is Nhlanhla Mahlangu and Sharifa Mather’s role since they fail to address queries from tenants especially if they have to pay
