**** on their unimet system for water and electricity

I’m currently staying at the parks and about to move out of here, this place is the worst when it comes to recharging your water and electricity meter. They using the unimet system which currently charges you R45 each day and if you run out of water or electricity it becomes another struggle before you can get reloaded. I’ve sent multiple text fighting about this and it just seem to be getting worse by each day. I don’t get why we have to use this system when anyone can purchase water/electricity by themselves without this system. NB:I stayed for 2 days without hot water after I loaded R700 they only reloaded me now after I payed another R100 more and having to call and text them multiple times
