The Parks Office line - No one answers this line, they don't care. - Their staff treats tenants like beggars when they go to the office to get assistance. - They go out of their way to shame tenants who are behind on payments, going as far as putting red stickers on their doors that say account overdue, at some point, they sent an e-mail to all tenants with all the units that owe. - Security lets unauthorized people into the complex, one of the neighbors was attacked by an unauthorized person, who also damaged the property.
