Maintenance is problematic

I reported a sink leakage yesterday and the second day is going by and I have been communicating via email with Dudu from maintenance who by the way is not friendly. She has been sending emails that maintenance will come and still hasn’t shown up. I am livid because it is so unfair that I have to sign with a leakage and blocked drains whilst the estate has maintenance but it is day two now and I still haven’t been attended to and this is not my first encounter having trouble with maintenance people.
