Do your research before moving here. They sell you on all the features & facilities and will show you a show room when you go for your viewing, not the actual apartment you're moving into - so what you see isn't what you get.

No one obeys the rules and regulations of their lease, there is noise until all hours of the morning, hooting, music, shouting, no regard for anyone else and nothing is done about it by security either. The estate is a mess with cans & all sorts lying around & on quite a few occasions there were even chicken bones lying around.

Maintenance doesn't come to fix anything that you noticed was damaged during your move in inspection and you're lucky if you're greeted by anyone.

The clubhouse has no respect for anyone who isn't there, they don't keep the noise down after a reasonable time and don't even bother at the restaurant, they take forever to come get your order, longer to bring you your order and one time I ordered a steak and I wasn't even asked how I'd like it done.

I also had pamphlets slipped under my door about **** being sold within the estate, it was basically a menu to order from with contact details and all. I saw the pamphlet under the doors of other units as well, so this is clearly accepted within the estate. (Not ideal for families)

THE BEST PART

Once I had actually started living here and saw what it was really like, I decided to come look at reviews (which I should've done before paying anything) and I saw nothing but bad reviews and how they try to ***** you out of getting your deposit back after you've moved out, but me trying to be positive I told myself it can't be that bad... It is that bad, I did not live in this place for even a week before I started looking for another place.

When I had my move out inspection set for a certain date & time, they obviously weren't expecting me to arrive early. When I moved out I had cleaned the unit myself, cleaner than when I moved in. When I arrived early for my move out inspection, I decided to go wait in the unit as it was too hot to wait in my car. THANK GOODNESS I decided to arrive early and also that I took a broom with me. When I walked into the unit, it was a complete mess! There were cement pieces all over the floor, an old sponge lying there and all sorts of other stuff. I cleaned up again because this is obviously one of the ways they try to ***** you out of getting your deposit back. When they got there for the move out inspection, it was clean as a whistle (much to their surprise I'm sure).

Bottom line... If you like noise, bad service and disrespect, then this is the place for you. If not, look for another place and do your research before moving in. I wouldn't recommend The Parks Lifestyle Apartments to my worst enemy.
