Filthy Apartment

I have lived at another Houss property and it was so seamless and management was amazing. I expected the same standard only to realize that things are completely different here. There are many many issues I ran into but the most unacceptable is being moved into a filthy apartment with a blocked shower and stains in the bathrooms! I have been sending mails only to be ignored by even my own agent. I still haven't touched that shower and find it extremely unhygienic. There is an amount set aside on your contract for cleaning and amounts deductible from your deposit if anything is broken but clearly nothing happens after the out inspection. I found the apartment in a terrible state and they only rushed to fix everything afterwards, except the filthy bathrooms! The ombudsman needs to look into this deposit *****. If money isn't going towards repairs and cleaning as they say then where does it go?
