-they rip you off on your deposit bolding even -security personnel are rude nonchalant take bribes from unwanted visitors to come inside -estate managers agents keep copies of your keys next thing you know your apartment has been ****** -security guards harass woman at the gym -ground floor garden entrance management use your keys to go into your apartment while you are away to still your stuff -app hardly works It looks good in the inside but the living experience is terrible - ill advise when you move in change your locks install hidden cams in your apartment stay safe - malcolm goes around people’s apartments *****ing whatever he can all in the name of “maintenance checks” “or just rentals” I had to file a harassment complaint against one security officer who had expressed interest in me when i dd not reciprocate he over used his authority blocking my entrance it would be worse if they see me with my partner refusing him entrance even through he has a code or even though ill be driving a different car

All i can advise is no all that glitters is gold be careful you might be ****d because they allow randoms in your apartment as a woman that was living alone i left and dd not look back left the double deposit as it came short anyway imagine paying 28k to move in and only get 15k back
