The Parks Lifestyle Apartments are the worst

So my sister recently moved into a newly developed block of apartments called the parks and what a horrible experience it's been for her and mind you I referred her to it also with intentions to also live there. Lord do I regret it first of all they made my sister sign two lease agreements, they then couldn't find deposit payments after that they reversed my sisters payment of the first month and then when she called to find out why one agent said "no she was not supposed to pay for rent that month" long story short I accompined my sister to a meeting with the Manager Malcom and her agent Thato and the agent that said the reversed money was supposed to not be payed by her, Sphiwe. First of the manager Malcom was super rude and asked Thato why there's three people then proceeded to say to me "why you here?" I responded I am her sibling and I'm here for moral support he proceeded to cut me off and said " you're not on the lease get out". I did so calmy but super angry. First of all while the manager Malcom has no people s****s what so ever because you just do not speak to people in that fashion, they are very shady because no one knew what was going on it was a case of Sphiwe said one thing to my sister and then when she asked Thato he didn't know and the manager Malcom didn't know it was just a big case of broken telephone. My sister doesn't have a copy of her contract till this day apparently some lady called Sharifah has the copy of contract so my question was why does she have a copy and my sister the actual tenant doesn't. Sharefah was notified by my sister and Thato of the situation after the meeting and was told that my sister needs internet access to work however she persisted to say she must pay R 2500 despite all the money that my sister has already paid from the deposit to her rent that was reversed back into her account for access to internet and finger print access. Despite the Covid19 pandemic where salaries are being affected it is appalling to witness such happening. Which then leads to my next question of why they decided to cut off internet access with no real investigation as to what happend and why money on their side was reversed back into the tenants account and no one had accountability for it, mind you my sister works from home and uses that internet access to work according to and under the Covid 19 regulations, so cutting her internet access is basically like removing her bread and butter from the table. They not once showed empathy to try and find out what her reason to "not paying" was or if she had been affected by Covid 19 in any possible way. Where I am currently renting tenants all received emails stating if they were affected by covid 19 to come to the office and speak to the managers alongside proof of such a situation. Nothing was sent to my sister and I can only assume other tenants, which begs the question if they even considered their tenants during these trying times. Again I refer back to people s****s, compitancy and overall efficancy and transparency between tenant and landlord cuz copies of contracts are with held from tenants I can assume from the whole mess that my sister is in. The manager Malcom was not only oblivious of everything but displays a really non-concerned attitude, no one from the parks has claimed responsibility for the matter yet. Shariffa has not only blocked my sisters access to internet but also has removed her access prints to go in and out of the facility. I Plead not only with the Government and the housing tribunal, of which I will contact next after this, but I plead with Dr Nkosazana Zuma who signed off the Covid 19 amendments particularly the insertion of regulation 11CA after 11C which clearly states "No person may be evicted from their place of residence regardless of whether it is a formal or informal residence or a farm dwelling, for the duration of the lock down." which by Sharefahs instruction to have not only my sister but I'm convinced others that may be affected severely by Covid19 have fallen victim to this under this instruction because if you leave the premises and can't gain access to the premises it is indeed an informal way of kicking someone out of the property, by revoking access to the premises. The Parks residence just opposite the riverside development has me truly believing they are Infact going against regulations and have employed individuals with no real knowledge and know how of how to manage and run the facility in these trying times. The ABSOLUTE WORST PLACE TO Live!!!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE THAT ANYONE COME TO LIVE HERE!!!!!! IT'S A MESS. It's left a bitter taste in my mouth with this whole ordeal my sister has been put through not by herself or Covid 19 but by a team of *********** INDIVIDUALS WITH NO REGARD FOR THE NEXT PERSON and a very rude Manager Malcom.
