STAY AWAY FROM THE PARKS

Omg, ive never in my life seen a place this useless, it takes serious work to ensure people hate this place. Where do i start. 1) They will break into your apartment here with easy and the estate manager and security, careless. Its like a jungle 2) Rats a size of a human, yep you will find them in your car, eating **** like wires, etc 3) unimax or whatever, where you buy electricity and water- most useless, broken system on earth, they will charge you R350 monthly for god knows what. So they make sure they take your money. 4) delay in rent payments, be prepared to stay in the dark because you dont have not rights here. They block your app, make sure you - R9800 so you cant do ****. Note you cant buy electricity for anything more then R133 at a time. 5) they block your prints to access the estate, so you become homeless within 8 days of not paying your rent 6) welcome to the night club, students here know how to party, the level of noise and fighting is crazy. You wont have peace at all. Also be prepared to have have smoke full in your apartment from people on lower ground braai 7) find 9 people share 2 bedroom apartment , often fighting and making alot of parties. 8) *** sounds are a daily bread. The floor is made out of PVC or something, you hear people fuc#ing all night, like you in the same room 9) rude security, which never show up when needed for noise. This place is a. Crime zone. 10) latest , a person killed his GF, contiue to play his ps3 11) forget about secure electricity n water, the hot water smells of diesel 12) forget a hot shower with pressure, the shower is like warm, water pressure so low. That you cant even do anything 13) pay an arm and a leg for things not in your agreement 14) *** for sale, woman sell *** and use bar as place to hunt for men who they sell to. 15) parkings unmarked, so its free for all, and worst people leave their broken down cars anywhere. Its crazy 16) the system changes every 2 second, one second its 2 codes per owner, next its 3, next its call and open from your phone, its crazy. How can they get it so wrong? I know.....took kids fresh from school and gave them apartments 17) if you have a wife, girlfriend or if you are a women, forget about your safety. These unemoloyed kids want to ***** at all cost, so they hit on everything walking which is women, in a scary way. Safety is out of the window. 18) the flys at the bar and eatery, omg. You eat them too with your food which you order there. We beg and beg for manager to get something to kill or trap the fly always waiting for you to order food. 19) its not a lifestyle apartment, its a hoe house, with people from locations upgrading to the village. Its crazy.
