******* on deposit!!!
I've recently moved units from Block 9 to Block 36. I had paid a double deposit for Block 9 and was also requested to pay a double deposit for Block 36 although I'd never been late or missed a payment on my rentals. Upon moving to block 36 an exit inspection was done on the old unit and the apartment was clean. Please advise me on WHY I'm being charged R4200 for a repaint on clean walls? This is a complete rip-off and it seems we're being charged double deposits so that a large portion can be withheld. Are you using paint from the heavens?
