it's a mess

I moved there while in transition, I liked the development it has nice kids facilities, two schools withing walking distance and a daycare center on premises but my God! It is badly managed and people who stay there seem to have upgraded from squatter camps because yoh! 1. Lifestyle center is more like a townzhop tarvern. Music pumping day and night(night is OK but at 11am??. you wint be able to work there as claimed by agents. 2. In the morning there are broken beer bottles everywhere, people braai and drink and must leave their mess there it's disgusting. 3. The noise coming from adjacent apartments at night. 4. People just randomly open boots in the parking lot, blast their music amd start drinking then leave their mess there. 5. People just randomly smoking pot everywhere. 6. Just way too much loitering. 7. Don't be fooled by the facilities and the gardens when you go viewing during the day. It's a mess! 8. Don't stay there if you want a civilized lifestyle.
