Don't rent there if you want peace of mind.

happy, the maintenance and admin is horrible it would be so much better if they could get people who do their job as required.

From the 1st month we moved in they failed to add as on the debit order system as signed on the contract then we had to follow up with them on how to pay then even after doing so they turned off our lights and internet as if it was our fault for not paying on time while it was their horrible admin.

And now it's been 2 weeks since they have been working on the pipes they have digged the walkway and to show how much they don't care about the tenants they did not make a plan to get us a safe way to walk in and out of our apartments, I mean today my partner and I had to risk our safety and walk in that unstable structure as we had an emergency and had to go to a hospital and maintenance was ignoring our emails and calls then the estate manager hung up on us and told us that he is done talking to us when we followed up as we needed to walk back therefore we had to risk our lives again just so that we can get to the apartment so we can get a place to sleep tonight. SO DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS ESTATE.

Then later on they send an email to say they will work on this tomorrow, how are we supposed to get to work.

I will find a way to report this for safety purposes as I'm sure they need to be accountable for this action and if you have information on how to go about please help. I have evidence as I have been taking pictures.
