<p>ORDERED EQUIPMENT FROM THEM FOR A NON PROFIT ORGANISATION THAT DOES EMERGENCY SERVICES CHARGED FOR ALL THE TOP OF THE RANGE EQUIPMENT AND DELIVERED THE CHEAP STOCK. WHEN CONTACTED THEY TOLD US SORRY THATS JUST HOW IT WORKS. PATHETIC SERVICE AND JUST VERY UN HONEST ****** WILL NEVER SEE BUISNESS FROM US AGAIN </p>

It is rather troubling that I see this review for the first time on Hello Peter. I am so sorry that you feel this way as I did try and explain to you at the time. You purchased 2 x Belt cutters for R 49.95 each. We did not have stock of the R 49.95 torches at the time of your purchase and our supplier was also out of stock but we had failed to close the listing on our website. We then supp**** you with 2 x Belt cutter torches that cost R 159.95 each. A couple of weeks later , you then purchased 3 x Belt cutter torches for R 159.95 each as the listing for the R 49.95 torches had now been closed. You then received the same orange torches that you had received with your initial order. I did try and explain to you that we where not being dishonest as originally we where just trying to honour your purchase for which we valued. I am so sorry you did not see it that way but I can assure you that we where in no way *****ing you of anything.
