I called on Monday to confirm if I order the portable nebulizer how long will it take and what's the best way to get it delivered soonest. The last confirmed postnet to postnet would take 1 - 2 days.

I phoned today and spoke to Abigair and she first said she cant find the order and we must of obviously created an account for the order which was never done. We never recieved any communication once order was placed and payment made. Phoned back and said she did me a favour by going to check what's the status on the order. Only after I requested a refund did she then call back and tell me that the product has been dispatched. Still no tracking or any communication

I will never again use your shop for anything.
