I'd like to commend Antoinette from the Paramedic Shop for going out of her way to assist me.

Unfortunately there was a delay with my order, due to supplier issues & the item being out of stock. I was suppled with a comparable product for the interim at no charge, as well my original order once stock came in. I appreciate the professional manner in which this was handled.
