False Advertising

Purchased a blood pressure kit containing a set of 5 blood pressure cuffs with a gauge.

What was advertised was a 2-tube blood pressure cuff kit, but when I received the product, it was a 1-tube aneroid blood pressure kit.

I wrote an email to The Paramedic Shop to complain and asked for the error to be fixed on the website.

Antoinette Steenkamp from The Paramedic Shop responded. The error was admitted.

The error was partially fixed. The description of the product was fixed, but the image still shows a 2-tube aneroid blood pressure cuff kit. This is still false advertising.

There was no offer from The Paramedic Shop to replace the incorrect item I receive. I asked for a refund or a discount off my next purchase, but there was no response from The Paramedic Shop except silence.
