Placed an order for an item according to the specifications published on the product webpage. When the item arrived, I discovered that not all the published accessories were supp**** as standard, and that some of them were optional although this was never disclosed on the product webpage. I contacted The Paramedic Shop and informed them of this and they, without any argument due to the misleading information on their product webpage, promised to send me the required (optional) accessory free of charge. This is without doubt an exceptional customer-centric company, going the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction. Thank you for providing this kind of customer service.
