Empty promises
We were contacted on the same day, by Alison Dyer from The Paramedic Shop in connection with our last review. Receiving an partial explanation of the delay. She promised to ship the available half of the order overnight, and we have subsequently received those goods. She promised to ship the remainder of the order, by road, no later than Wednesday, 31 August 2019. These items have, to date, not been shipped and despite her assurances of personal supervision of shipping, she has now stopped taking our telephone calls.

05 Aug 2019, 12:30I have not stopped taking anyone's call's? As I explained that the oxygen cylinders where still on a backorder due to the cylinders under going pressure testing and filling, I said as soon as they become available they will be sent off to you exactly as I promised.
