DO NOT BUY HERE - LOSS OF YOU CUSTOMERS GUARANTEED!
We have been dealing with this company for more than 3 years, initially through Bid or Buy. Our first 2 orders via BoB was handled timeously, however, since dealing with them directly, their service has become shockingly bad. We deal on a 'cash on order' basis with Paramedicshop and our customers, however their shipping has deteriorated from overnight to anything from 2 weeks to indefinate! Complaints are not dealt with, promises of feedback are not met and apparently there exists no management structure for follow-up.
