Do no buy, cheap products and *****s.
Sold me a broken Oxygen regulator, it the product had leaks in it. I sent an email to sales and they did not respond, I then sent an email to complaints and they did respond, however I belief complaints is a ***** and they only delay the refund process until it fizzles away and refund actually occurs. So, eventually I returned the product through Dawn Wing which they paid for. When the package arrived back in Cape Town, the lady at complaints said they did not receive the package. I had to contacted Dawn Wing to send the proof of delivery and the same person DID actually receive it as per the POD confirmation. I sent he POD to them and they apologised for the error. Then they asked me to complete all these forms for a return of product. I emailed the forms on several occasion to them and I have not heard anything since, it over 4 months now.

I do apologize that the item you received, you believed it to be faulty but you have been refunded in full and I find your comment to be rather unfair.
