I had a very bad experience with this paramedic shop. They are totally untrained and have no idea of giving directions, they don't know there products, very rude over the phone. When I told them that I'm going to rate of how bad there services are, they try to bribe me. I'm sorry in my profession I don't do bribes I safe lives

09 Jan 2020, 10:31I am so very sorry that you feel this way and that you feel that offering to deliver the product is a bribe. We do acknowledge that you where given incorrect directions by the lady who answered the phone and that matter has been dealt with.
