Horrible experience

On the 9th of November 2021, I ordered and paid in full for a pair of boots. Spoke to Jenny, she advised me that it will take between 10 and 12 weeks to complete the order. Which was not an issue, it has been 28 weeks and counting. When I follow up on the progress of the order, I first get asked who I am and then the receptionist says Jenny will come back to me which never happens. I have even requested just to get my money refunded then we can go our separate ways, but even that is too much to ask. They were quick to request payment, but have been dodging my every query and phone call to date.
