The Papery steps up
I have been in corporate training and consulting for 30 years. There's a saying - you know a good brand by the way they deal with complaints. In my case it was not a major complaint - just a niggle. Which I wrote on The Papery's website - contact sheet. I only half expected a reply and thought probably only within 48 hours. Summer Martin and team stepped up and demonstrated Customer Relations excellence. They addressed my "niggle" and all within 3 hours turnaround. The Papery offers superb products, exceptional service (not only today but in all my interactions) and quality in the packaging, couriering and attention to little details. Thank you soo much.
