The Panel Station - Voucher Codes Don't Work

I am so sad to write this review because I thought this platform was legit. After waiting two months for my voucher and receiving it, it doesn't work. Like most South Africans I chose to exchange my points for a Shoprite voucher. A whole two weeks of asking for them to resend the voucher because on the app it didn't show the entire code. They send it via Messenger. The same day I got it I tried to use it and at first they assumed it's because I didn't have the right amount. Than on online I saw how much my points were worth. I went and tried the second time, poor tellers trying everything single method they can think of to active the voucher. And nothing worked at all, instead it stated that "Return To Customer Unused". I have never used that code and it took two months to get the code. So unless someone at The Panel Station decided to use this code, I don't know. But to cut this story short, I have wasted my time trying to redeem what I have earned and I still have not gotten to use what I waited over two months for. To imagine that I requested this code last year 06 November and now March I've not redeemed my hard time Earned voucher is appalling. If people don't speak out we will never get what these survey platforms promise. Because they get their business and their clients pay them for the information I share on the platform for points. It's a transactional agreement not a free agreement.. I need The Panel Station to sort this out because I know their customer care will answer me 3 weeks later.
