The Panal Station is a hoax

I think this company is a ****, I've done a lot of review, tried to redeem my points for takealot vouchers, When I queried this I was told that, takealot voucher is not an option anymore, but I will receive a mail to redeem it, it has been weeks and nothing and I don't get feedback
