Sweepstakes Prize

I have been a Panelist for a few years now, enjoyed the surveys and the rewards. Come January 2020, I enter the January Sweepstakes. Imagine my excitement when I get a Confirmation mail on the 12th February Congratulating me as I won the January sweepstakes. I was instructed to send a photo, cell no & select my prize within 7 days, I responded 2 days later with all the relevant information and got a another Confirmation mail advising me that I would receive my voucher within 6 - 8 weeks. I waited the allotted time and then started following up after 3 months. To date and over 20 emails later I am still waiting for my prize. Their answers differ with every response from "Thanks for your interest in the survey, To the issue is with their concern department, Then can I verify that I entered, To you have not redeemed points, etc. The sad reality is that they are useless and I just want to warn others to be careful. I am disappointed and drained by this whole experience. My prize would have really come in handy during the peak of Covid-19.
