poor support services

poor customer service i have tried on several attempts to get an otp and still no message has come through

i have written multiple times for support but every time i keep getting the same answer as to what i have done even though in each of my emails i have provided details of this

the last response was i must now show a step by step procedure which i went so far as doing

dont have any expectation for the response

just very disappointing that people take the time to do the surveys for these companies but now when it is time for the company to give you get this kind of feedback

this is the first time i have had an issue getting the otp but in over a week i have basically gotten no assistance at all other generic answers with no responsibility or action taken
