Paypal doesn't process your redemption requests

On the one hand, Panel Station does send more survey invites compared to other survey sites. On the other hand, I've struggled to redeem my survey points for about six months now. I've sent a number of assistance requests via their help center but received no feedback or assistance. Also, they are not able to process Paypal redemption requests on account of technical errors. I wouldn't advise wasting your time with this company.
