An update on my last comments: After 3 months of nagging, pleading, praying and insulting, I still have not had a reply on getting my earned points redeemed. And now a another clever little trick from this crowd.... I answer questionaires, and points are not added to my balance - talk about money for nothing and your chicks for free.
