Panel Station - Absolute Shoddy Customer Service

Absolutely disgusted with their customer service. I've been a panelist for a while. Earlier this year I redeemed 8000 points and within 4 weeks got a R250 Takealot voucher. Great, fast and efficient, and just what I had redeemed for. In May I redeemed 10 000 points. After 2 emails, and 2 months of waiting I finally get my voucher..... R250 Takelot voucher. Now I ask you, how is 10 000 points equal to 8000 points? Seriously? i have now sent numerous emails querying why I get the same voucher amount for more points, and after 2 weeks have yet to even receive a courtesy response. ********** customer service! I would not recommend panel station to anyone!
