Over due rewards, not a good sign of ethics for PANEL STATION

I have been a member of Panel station for years now, however recently, we have to wait longer than the 6-8 weeks for our rewards, we have redeemed from the point we earn, for doing surveys, These come in the form of vouchers, and to date I have not received my voucher that I cashed out on the 1/10/2021 and it concerns me as I have other vouchers waiting for the 6-8 weeks to lapse. I also have point close to redeeming further vouchers for the work I have done, however I am concerned as to why these vouchers are taking so long, Its almost Christmas and I would like to use them.
